I personally lived in Goshen for 2 years and I visited people in Tyson. Goshen and Tyson are basically identical. I don't really think the actual building matters as much as the people you have within it are. In either case, you'll fall into a routine or pattern I guess. I guess you won't really know what you'll value most until you actually get to West Chester and start using the facilities. The closest stop for Tyson/Goshen is on Church. Also, Killinger is right next to a stop for the shuttle bus (it's behind Wayne hall), so going to south campus is pretty easy. Sykes is directly across from Killinger, though, and I'm not sure if you can get a parking pass for the Sykes lot. Killinger doesn't really have parking as accessible to them, because it's surrounded by the actual campus.

Parking is easier, or at least accessible for Tyson because of the parking garage and Sharpless (I think you can get a parking pass on Sharpless from the city or something provided you have enough credits). The parking garage on Sharpless is a few hundred feet from Goshen. Tyson is right next to the rec center and across from Lawrence. As for the physical location on campus, it mostly depends on what buildings you would take advantage of the most. There is a room in the basement of Killinger with a pool table and stuff, I think. I don't know about Killinger's upper floors, but the first floor doesn't really have that. Also, Tyson/Goshen have a community area thing in the middle of each floor with couches and shit. The ceilings were lower at Killinger than Tyson/Goshen, but I guess that doesn't really matter. Tyson/Goshen have washing machines on each floor, and I think Killinger only has a room in the basement(?) I'm not entirely sure. from the walking path everyone takes to Sykes. I know the one wing's windows are only maybe 7 ft. Killinger only has 3 floors, whereas Tyson/Goshen have 7 (8 with the basement), so if privacy matters that much, you'll have to keep your blinds closed if you're on the first floor of Killinger. Killinger friends I had took out the doors on the closets to make more space. Killinger has different rooms than tyson & goshen, which are identical. They're all about the same level in terms of quality.

I guess it depends what you're looking for.
